EXECUTIVE BIOGRAPHY
A graduate of Mount Holyoke College (B.A.) and the University of Southern Maine (Master’s in Education), Laurie’s career has been in the world of academia, teaching at Mount Holyoke College, the University of Southern Maine, and Bridgton Academy for many years. Over the 50 years she has lived in Bridgton, she has served on numerous Boards and Committees, to the benefit of Bridgton and the State of Maine.
Laurie’s committed to community led her to serve in leadership roles for the Maine Human Services Council, Western Maine Counseling Service, First Congregational Church of Bridgton, Bridgton Public Library, Maine Republican State Committee, and the Maine Community Foundation where she was the Chair of the Cumberland County Committee.
