Richard Packard is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston and Southwestern University Law School. He has a legacy of improving the communities he works in. Whether it be low-income Senior Apartment communities, providing a safe active lifestyle replete with programmed onsite recreation and outdoor facilities, Single-Family communities on the golf course, high-end Luxury Hotels, or the adaptive re-use of industrial/commercial facilities, enhancing their best possible use. He has left his mark, both personally and economically, on communities across the nation.
